1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using NamasteParent ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

NamasteParent is an AI-powered daily wellness check-in service. We make automated phone calls to registered elderly parents and send structured health summaries to a family member via WhatsApp. The Service is intended as a supplemental wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering a parent or guardian on our platform, you confirm you have their explicit consent for NamasteParent to call them on a scheduled basis.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate phone numbers for all registered family members.
Ensure the phone numbers entered belong to individuals who have consented to receive AI wellness calls.
Promptly update contact information if it changes.
Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscription & Billing

NamasteParent offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Billing is processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the selected frequency. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and is inclusive of applicable taxes.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and refunds are not provided for partial months used.

7. Privacy

All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard encryption and never sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

NamasteParent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the calling infrastructure.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
