1. Acceptance of Terms
Namaste Parent is an AI-powered family-care product developed and operated by X-CUTION LABS, based in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.
By registering for or using Namaste Parent ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Service
Namaste Parent is a family-care communication service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, guaranteed emergency detection, or a substitute for professional care or emergency services. The Service makes automated phone calls to registered parents and sends structured updates to a registered WhatsApp number. Daily calls, retries, and ad-hoc calls are subject to plan limits, parent availability, active subscription status, and telecommunications provider availability.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering a parent or guardian on our platform, you confirm you have their explicit consent for Namaste Parent to call them on a scheduled basis, for WhatsApp/SMS verification, and for call recording notices.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate phone numbers for the user and registered parents. Phone verification remains a hard anti-spam gate to use the Service.
- Ensure the phone numbers entered belong to individuals who have consented to receive scheduled AI family check-ins.
- Promptly update contact information if it changes.
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Subscription & Billing
Namaste Parent offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Billing is processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the selected frequency. Pricing is displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and is inclusive of applicable taxes.
6. Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, and refunds are not provided for partial months used.
7. Privacy & Call Recording
All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard encryption and never sell your personal data to third parties. Audio recording is enabled by default for all check-in calls to provide you with transcripts and transparency; however, users can opt-out of recording during the call by stating so.
8. Limitation of Liability
Namaste Parent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the calling infrastructure.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
