Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months used.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your NamasteParent subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at namaste@namasteparent.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided for partial months or partial years used. When you cancel a subscription, you retain full access to the Service until your current billing period expires. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
3. Annual Plan Cancellation
If you are on an annual plan and cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription (not renewals), you may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion. After the 7-day period, the no-refund policy applies. Please contact us at namaste@namasteparent.com to request this.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails and we are unable to charge your account, your subscription will be paused until the payment is resolved. We will attempt to notify you via WhatsApp and email.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Extended technical outages caused by NamasteParent infrastructure failures lasting more than 72 consecutive hours.
- Duplicate charges due to billing errors.
To request an exception, email namaste@namasteparent.com with the subject line [REFUND REQUEST] and include your account phone number and reason for the request.
6. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
