- Account information: Your name and WhatsApp phone number.
- Parent profiles: Name, phone number, language preference, and emergency contact details of registered parents.
2b. Information Generated by the Service
- Call data: Duration, timestamp, and call status of each automated check-in.
- AI-extracted health summaries: Mood, medication adherence, and general wellness notes extracted from call transcripts.
- WhatsApp delivery logs: Delivery confirmation metadata from our messaging provider.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and conduct daily AI wellness calls to registered parents.
- To generate and deliver WhatsApp health summary reports to your registered number.
- To improve the quality and accuracy of our AI voice and extraction models.
- To provide customer support and respond to enquiries.
- To process subscription billing via Razorpay.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) for our database and implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. Call audio is not stored permanently; only extracted summaries are retained.
We do not store payment card details. All transactions are processed by Razorpay in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:
- Infrastructure providers: Supabase, Plivo (calling), and Meta (WhatsApp) for service delivery.
- AI processing: Anonymised transcript data may be processed by our AI provider (Vapi / OpenAI) under strict data processing agreements.
- Legal compliance: Where required by Indian law or regulatory authority.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for AI calls at any time by pausing or deleting a parent profile.

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
